Description

What's Better Than One 5.8 GHz Phone? THREE Panasonic 5.8 GHz Phones! Now, we've made it easier to enjoy all the benefits of our functional, fashionable and flexible phone systems by putting three in one package. With this 3-in-1 bundle system you get 1 base unit, 2 chargers and 3 handsets. And just like our expandable systems you only need one phone jack to operate all three handsets! Plus, the three-handset systems use Frequency-Hopping Spread Spectrum technology to ensure great sound, incredible clarity, long range and excellent security from eavesdropping.Long Range, Clear Sound, Minimal Interferenc. Our 5.8 GHz Frequency-Hopping Spread Spectrum technology operates on a different wavelength with much less traffic than the 2.4 GHz technology while maintaining the great security, incredible clarity and long range. Have a wireless computer network, or thinking about getting one? 5.8 GHz technology will not interfere with wireless networks such as 802.11b or 802.11g WiFi.Kids Sleeping? The Antenna Will Signal You Silently! This year, we've found a way to shorten the handset antenna while still maintaining the long range that Panasonic customers have become accustomed to. But what's even cooler is that the base of the antenna - which lights up - will alert you to an incoming call (or a message waiting for you). Select from blue, green, amber or multi-color options. With Light-Up ID, you can choose a light-up indicator color, blue, green, amber or multi-color, to link to your preprogrammed phone book data. The light-up indicator will flash quickly to show that you have an incoming call, and it will flash slowly to let you know you have a new message in your voice mailbox. So turn off the ringer, let the kids sleep, and never miss a call.Put the Phone Down While You Talk. Having a handset speakerphone may not seem like such a big deal-until you have to call an automated phone system. By the time you press "2" and return the phone to your ear, you missed half the next option! And when they put you on hold for ten minutes, do you really need to hold the phone? Not with the handset speakerphone. Just listen along, and press a button or pick up when it's convenient. You'll think up other great uses, like letting Grandma and Grandpa listen to their new grandchild at the same time, painting your nails as you talk to your best friend, or just being able to set the phone down while you talk.

Faint and difficult to hear

Strengths: Features; easy set-up

Weakness: Outside callers have difficult hearing; faint and inconsistent voice quality

We have a new house with an upgraded voice/data wiring package. This phone was purchased based on its features and review, and the need for a 5.8 MHz phone to avoid interfering with our wireless network. The common complaint from outside callers is that voices are faint and/or difficult to hear; to the point of irritation, and our avoiding using this phone if there is a landline extension nearby....

Great Phones

Strengths: 3 Handsets... Only 1 telephone jack connection.. internal intercoms.. speakerphone.. amazing range

Weakness: none so far

I bought these phones from Amazon for an amazing deal and they are worth every penny!! The system took minutes to set up and it has been working flawless since then... I recommend these for anyone who is looking to get phones for more than one room... It is easy to transfer calls and speakerphone saves my neck from hurting!! I think this is a must buy...

Panasonic TG5423M Cordless Phone

Strengths: Many great features, speakerphone on each handset, easy to use and set up

Weakness: none yet

We bought this product to use in our townhouse, which has 4 floors when you include the basement and loft. I installed the base on the ground floor, one handset in the loft, and one handset in the basement. So far, the phones have worked very well and the range has been great. Each phone does operate indepedently (separate phone books, missed calls, etc). However, as you add numbers to the...

Panasonic TG5423M Cordless

Strengths: Very stylish and compact design. 3 handsets for easy setup around your house. High frequency of 5.8GHz.

Weakness: none so far.

This cordless 3-pcs cordless phone works really great. With 5.8GHz, it will not interfere with your home wireless network. I can still use it at even outside my house. The design is stylish, looks like a typical handphone, and has lots of functions such as speaker-phone, address book, etc. Reception is also very good.

Panasonic TG5423M Cordless

Strengths: Three (3) phones for easy access. Can hear others very clearly. No "dead spots" in home. Always charged when in holders.

Weakness: Sometimes difficult for others to hear my voice??

These great phones are very simple & and easy to use (even without fully reading the instructions). Like the idea of all three phones being fully charged when not in use (if left in their holders -- no problem when you have three [3] phones which can be placed in strategic locations). The reception clarity is great, but it is sometimes difficult for others to hear my voice?? Overall, these phones...

Panasonic cordless phone TG5423M

Strengths: 3 handsets, can set identifying ring tones, works much the same as cell phone. Perfect for VOIP. Phone numbers saved on one handset can be sent to the other handsets easily.

Weakness: small display

I bought this phone because we went to VOIP. It works great and solves the problem of not having names on caller ID once I get the numbers in the phonebook. I didn't want a phone with an answering machine as VOIP has voice mail. The phone lets me know when I have voice mail and has a special speed dial for my voice mail number. I can also assign a different ring to people I know making it easier...

Panasonic KX-TG5423M Cordless Telephone

Strengths: Great resception. Can copy phone book entries from one phone to another. Small size.

Weakness: Haven't found one yet...

Great phone package. I really like that you are able to enter a phone number or entire phone book into one phone and then copy an entry or entries to the other phones. The phone also tells you when you have voice mail (if you subscribe to the service with your phone company) and will dial the VM service and passcode at the touch of one button. I have not found a dead spot in the house (3 stories)...

The good one

Strengths: good sound quality. Flexibility to put your phone anywhere in your house.

Weakness: Some confused with menu. By the way, I might not be familiar with Panasonic menu

I have no problem with phone so far. I really like it. The sound quality is great. I can talk anywhere in my house. By the way, sometimes the menu is not clear. I have to look at manual to activate some functions.

Panasonic TG5423M Cordless Phone System

Strengths: Works great with SunRocket. Sound is excellent, speakerphone is nice, easy to program and setup. A great phone system.

Weakness: None so far!

Subscribed to Sunrocket and needed better phones that would not interfere with the wireless router. These have been great. If there is a voicemail message, it indicates on the phone which is a great feature. Overall I am very satisfied with the product.

Excellent cordless phone

Strengths: Excellent replacement for phone jack extensions.

Weakness: I did wish that this set had offered talking caller I.D., but it's not a necessity

Perfect for someone like me who lives in a older building with only one existing phone jack. Pretty straight forward installation. Just plug everything in and you're ready to go.
