The case is strong and the software is easy to use. Weakness: belt clip looks a little weak, also the jog dial could do with a better design. The nomad jukebox ZEN XTRA 30 GB MP3 player is an excellent buy. I did not want to buy an ipod becuase of the cost. The jukebox has excellent sound quality, a strong case, a nice jacket, and the software is easy to install and use. 30 GB is also more than enough to store all my music. I have not tried all the features yet, but so far I am more than satisfied with whatever i have tried.
