Laserjet Toner for HP1100AStrengths: Easy installation. Brand Quality. Weakness: Expensive. For my HP1100A which was purchased in 1999. I have used both HP brand toner and other generic toners. HP brand toner works longer and better. One concern is the price. It is much expensive than generic parts. So, it's totally up to users.

Weakness: None I recommend buying this Original Brand Name Product instead of the Remanufactured or Compatible Cartridges. I can always count on the same performance of this Original Brand Name Toner Cartridge. I can not always count on the performance of the Remanufactured or Compatible Cartridges.

HP UltraPrecise Toner Cartridge for LaserJet 1100Strengths: Great quality, long life. Weakness: None. I originally bought the HP LaserJet 1100 in June 1999. I have been using the printer and the original toner cartridge since. I recently noticed the printing becoming lighter and figured it was time to replace the toner cartridge. The long life of the original cartridge and great printing supplied by the printer are exceptional. Recommended.

HP (Hewlett-Packard) Black Toner CartridgeStrengths: product works well Product described as open box but plastic still in place. Well more than 50% of the plastic seal on one end was opened. But the breakaway plastic strip that depeartes the toner from the drum was still in place. Product still worked well. Advertisement

Strengths: great transfer to paper, easy to replace and use
Weakness: toner cartridge can be very expensive
overall the toner is alright. The price is a little steep when you need a new cartridge right away. The toner tends to run out instantly and leaves white strips along the paper and slowly spreads out until it is out of toner.
