Designed for couples who want to workout simultaneously in the comfort of their own home, the dual weight stack design enables you and your workout partner to use different weight stations at the same time. With a total weight resistance of 400 pounds, each weight stack offers up to 200 pounds of resistance in 10 pound increments.
