Good, but I don't think greatStrengths: More challenging poses with slow and smooth directions. Weakness: No background information on instructor. Rather short and I have to say, a little spooky. I bought this because of a recommendation. Some of the standing poses are taken to more challenging levels, but a beginner with some yoga experience could probably find a way to adapt them for their own level. I do have to say that it kind of felt like watching the video from, "The Ring," especially in the beginning. I think that it is meant to be relaxing, but it's actually really creepy.
