Review: I was putting together a dedicated home theater room, and wanted plenty of bass, so ended up with the Polk PSW505. Strengths: Nice deep bass

Weaknesses: some distortion when the level is turned to high
Review: I start out by using only left line in for the subwoofer and the sound quality is disappointing. It does not even sound like it was on. When switching to the left/right line in, the sound quality is very good. Even though the distortion is still there, this 10" subwoofer does provide enough power for a medium sized room.
