fast shipping, I got an automated email with my tracking # that I really liked. However, the shoe came in a plastic bag, free shipping so I guess they wanted to save on the shipping cost. |

I have used this company several times now. Their prices are very competitive, especially with coupons they have. Shipping and return shipping are free. Communication is excellent. I had to return one item and got a prompt refund on my credit card. No problems at all. All merchandise is new and well packed. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them. |

I ordered with a 15% promotional discount, and if you register you can get another 10% off. The shoes are shipped directly from the manufacturer, so shipping times are dependent on them. It's a great place to shop for shoes if you're sure of your size. I liked it so well, I've ordred two more pairs of shoes. It pays to check the site every now and again. I've seen the 15% discount offered twice. |

They have free shipping, free returns, price matching, great coupons, and member discounts. They even include free tracking on your shipment. This makes buying over the internet virtually risk free!!! |

Their Customer Service was a big help as originally I ordered the wrong size. They stopped the original order and suggested that I re-order, which I did. The pricing was excellent. I will do business with them again and recommend them to all. |

I've had nothing but good experiences with ShoeBuy. They are almost always the lowest online price, and the one time they weren't they honored their 110% price guarantee right away. Before you buy search for online coupon codes and almost always save at least an additional 10%. Steer clear of the sites that don't offer free returns. |

Shoebuy is the best! Shipping, customer service, returns/exchanges - everything has always been smooth. I buy all my shoes here and recommend Shoebuy to everyone. As for the person who posted about the poor quality of the product, you can't blame that on Shoebuy. They are the vendor, not the manufacturer. |

Shoebuy.com is everything they claim to be. It is where I first go to look for shoes. I have a hard to fit size (women's 11 extra narrow). And they do have the most selection in that size, of any web site that I've tried. Returning/exchanging shoes is as easy as they state. And I love their frequent sales! Thank you Shoebuy.com |

Wow! I am so happy I found this place! I originally bought a pair of sketchers from a departmet store. They were too narrow but the store did not carry wide width. I returned them and found the wide width here. With the free shipping and 10% discunt, they ended up to be 20 dollars less! I ordered on the 8th, and they came on the 11th. They fit great and were in brand-spankin-new (never tried on) condition. I would recommend to anyone! |
