The first day i wore the shoes the sole fell off. I've never had that happen in my entire life. I tried to contact them, and they had no mechanism in place to exchange and/or replace the shoe. I mailed the shoes back to them, and then they mailed the very same faulty pair of shoes back to me a second time. Good Heavens! |

Order process was fast for a "nubie" and contained pleasant surprises (like a 20% discount for becoming a member which I missed) resulting in my price being about the same as the best-discounted site which no longer had stock noted when my order was placed. |

Site was VERY quick and easy to use. One negative: I was shopping for a certain type of shoe (Clarks brand) and I thought that it was not easy to find the type I wanted in among all the choices you offer. |

Order arrived in a timely fashion and was in good condition. However, when I requested the price guarantee refund because I found the item cheaper at another website, they dragged their heels, would not respond to my emails and completely ignored my inquiries. I will never purchase from them again. Customer service was a real letdown. |
