Product was delivered very quickly - within a week. HOWEVER - it was dropped on my doorstep while I wasn't home by Federal Express and it was a 50+ lb. wine chiller that was double boxed, making it heavier and very bulky. I am a single woman and I had to get it down two steps and into my garage by myself in the dark when I got home from work. Poor planning to not require a signature so someone would be home and the delivery person could have helped me put it in the house or the garage rather than leave it on the door step. Also the four screws necessary to attadh the handles to the two front doors were not included. No manual included either. PS - I did not mean to rate #6 but I could not delete the mark - I am not returning the chiller. |

We have been looking for weeks for a good washer/dryer for my daughter and we haven't had any luck until we found you. It's everything we wanted. It's a combo, it's electric and we don't have to put in a 220 service, it will fit perfect under the kitchen counter, the price is incredible and to top it all off, the shipping is free!! Thank you so much =D my daughter is going to be so happy she doesn't have to go to the laundry-mat anymore. |
