The Chase pay later feature was not honored and I have a 750 credit score. Seems like bait and switch here but I think this is more of a CHASE issue than an Ashford. They should drop the program if Chase is treating others the same... |

*Although the instructions said that I should press a return to shopping button to continue shopping, I couldn't find any. *After adding my second and clicking to go on to pay, a pop up told me that an item was out of stock and to remove it before continuing, but it didn't say which item was out of stock. *The item I've gotten before was just what I wanted, but the other item I ordered was not what I expected from the description. |

So far, all I have done is place my order. Unfortunately, the website or my computer timed out when I tried to place the order at noon. It looks like my order should arrive on time. Also, I am glad that you have a special deal with WorldPerks which helped me save 10%. Thank you and I look forward to receiving this gift for my sister! Ashford.com has very attractive prices on fragrances, but doesn't really provide information on what the fragrances are like--I kept flipping between Ashford.com and Sephora.com to get the descriptions of the scents. Still, their price on the Guerlain that I eventually decided upon was almost $30. less than sephora's price on the identical item, so I'm a happy shopper! |

I am a repeat customer at Ashford.com, and my only complaint is the limited shipping options. It would be much more convenient for me if shipping through USPS were offered. Other than that, no suggestions or problems. |
