Looks like a nice website with indulgent products. They had a nice selection, except for teens. I probably will only make purchases for special occasions because the shipping charges were slightly higher even though I expect the merchant to be busy over the holiday season. I did receive 10% off my order, which was nice, but with the shipping costs for the item I purchased were more than I usually spend. |

After hours of online shopping with Billmelater for a Valentine's Day gift for my wife. I came across Red Envelope and remembered she had once ordered me a really cool custom leather Men's jewelry box. As with being LAST minute to order for arrival on Valentine's Day, I came across a really nice charm bracelet that was heavily discounted, then they added 15% off on top of that! Rush Shipping was $15 extra which was expected but the discounts alone took care of that! Then I found some other coupon codes for 20% off + a FREE Gift Box! SCORE! This is definitely my new goto place for the wife!! |

I was disappointed at the two attempts to get me to sign up for additional charges, under the guise of getting 'fee shipping' or some other scam. I had to go out of my way to find out that I would be committing myself to an ongoing obligation, and you never made that clear enough for me to think it was inadvertent. Shame on you. |

I like the products at Red Envelope however, the shipping charge was supposed to be $9 for the day I chose instead it was $12.99. Shipping is ridiculous through Red Envelope. If I were in the US I would shop at a store instead of online. |

I did NOT like the popups that wanted me to enroll in a club type of thing to get $15 back on my shipping. I really feel this is a scam and was annoying! The unwanted scamming will certainly help me decide if I ever want to order from this merchant again. |

THE PROMISED "SHIPPING REBATE" HAPPENED! I WAS TOLD I QUALIFIED FOR A DISCOUNT....I THOUGHT "NICE PERK". THE PAGE NEVER OPENED! The notice came up that my order qualified for a shipping rebate. I was told to click on shipping rebate at the end of the purchase. I did that and nothing opened or came up for me to fill out. Why did that happen???? |
