The site makes it very easy to see all charges up front. The return policy is very clear about the items and condition. Most important is the return, they stand by what they say. It's important when purchaseing a product unseen and not tried out before hand. Thats trusting. |

This product was said to be in stock (as it currently shows on their website), but they are out of stock. I ordered this with the clear understanding that I would receive my product quickly. Well, it has been over 3 weeks and it still has not shipped. I had to do an online search via dexonline.com to find a telephone number that would actually get me to someone at binoculars.com. I am very disappointed in their misleading information.... |

Overall, I was pleased, as I received a hard-to-find item for a good price. The only concern was that I did not specifically see it stated anywhere whether or not the item was physically in stock. Also, I was not certain whether or not it was a brand new item. |

Shipping seemed way too high (8.80 for USPS???) and there could have been a bit more detail on the items (see B&H Photo's site for what I mean) but overall it was fast, easy and will have been a good experience if it actually ships and arrives on time... |
