I ordered a wireless router from SonyStyle.com on Black Friday for $60; this router was listed elsewhere for $153. The next day, I received an email saying that they will be cancelling my order due to a "pricing error" and that the real price should have been $160. They said that there was a different model on sale for $60; the model number that they gave in the email did not exist. Probably another error on their part. They say that they won't charge my credit card. So far, that is true, but they haven't actually cancelled my order yet. It still shows "processing" on the website. Overall Rating

Bought a $3000 KDL-46XBR4 high definition lcd television for from SonyStyle.com. Easy ordering, fast delivery. When others warn about bad customer service, please believe it. Worked for three, yes three, hours. Completely dark, power on, no picture. Tech guy (who came out two weeks after delivery of the set): Looks like you need three new circuit boards. But, bad news is no parts are available. You'd be better off returning it. You'd think SonyStyle would like to make that right. Right? Wrong. Over a month now, and despite numerous phone calls, emails, promises, "sorry, sirs," and stonewalling, still no resolution. No return authorization. Since the "process" has now taken over 30 days, "Sorry, you are outside the 30-day return period." Unbelievable. Small claims, here I come? So, a very expensive dust magnet sitting in my living room. Whatever you do, don't give away your old set. Keep it as a backup, if not you'll never hear the end of it from your family. Overall Rating

Warning!! Do Not Trust This Web Site. They show items as being available that are not. I ordered a DRX530UL DVD Burner on December 14th as a Christmas Gift. My order was confirmed and it showed it being ready to ship until December 21st. I checked the status on December 22nd and it had been cancelled. I called Sony customer service and they said that they cancelled it because the item was no longer available. They said their web site was not updated. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Overall Rating

the original product i wanted was in stock but would not be sold to me until after january, becuase worried would not get here before christmas, when still have 2 weeks until christmas, which is plenty of time to ship. the other product i purchased was more money which isnt the exact product i wanted, but hopefully it will perform well! Ordered a fully loaded SONY VAIO S70 for over $2500. I never received the package form Fed Ex. I was not home to receive it. Fed Ex Ground does not allow for cutomer pickup. SONY does not allow package re-routes. Many emails & calls were ignored. I tried to cancel my order. FINALLY Received email saying they would cancel my order - but my AMEX was still charged $2500. I filed complaint with AMEX and with Better Biz Bureau. SONY Style are a bunch of THEIVES and FRAUDS! Overall Rating

I purchased the KDF55WF655 from Sony Style. After entering in my information (including CC) I opted for the free 1 business day shipping. This was a factor in my decision on purchasing my TV from Sony Style as opposed to paying approximately $475 less at another Sony authorized online retailer. I now have learned that Sony does not offer 1 business day (free or paid) or 2 business day shipping. The admit there is a problem with the website but are doing nothing to correct it. I really don't know why this site is not rated as a 5-stars. This is not my 1st order, and it won't be my last with SonyStyle. The ONLY thing that makes me go somewhere else are their prices. But, since you are buying directly from the manufactor, don't expect any deals...you will have to pay MSRP. I do like the shipping ($5.00 ground, $6.00 2nd day, $7.00 Overnight). Item was delivered as advertised, and you always know if the items are available or not(good idea to check this before ordering) Overall Rating

I placed an order, then received this letter in the mail. Thank you for your recent order of an LCD Display model #SDM-S94/S on SonyStyle.com. We are unable to fulfill your order and are canceling it. PLEASE NOTE, if you accessed a transaction URL via a web site forum and then tried to order the item via that URL your NAME & BILLING ADDRESS HAS BEEN EXPOSED. This from a large corporation like SONY - I will never buy another SONY product on line. This experience was the WORST!!! Overall Rating

I have an APO AE address. Sony seems to have no provision to accept and deliver orders to AP AE address. Therefore I used shipping address to my friend in USA who will receive it and then will send it to me again. This will cost me more money and delay. Also from my Order I do not understand if the product is in stock or not? PLEASE CONSIDER ACCEPTING APO AE DELIVERY ORDERS. Overall Rating

DO NOT ORDER FROM SONY...EVER. I have read at least thirty other reviews, and I thought, how could they be that bad? DUH, they are. 1. Much more expensive than other sites. 2. Out of stock on many items. 3. They add the shipping and tax charges, after you click "charge" (so you don't know the total) 4. I canceled the items two hours after I ordered it, before they even sent it. They still sent them, 10 days later. They charged me. Customer service WILL NOT HELP. Overall Rating
