I ordered In focus data projector ($3200.00) for my company on Tuesday at 4;00 PM I needed next day delivery and got it on wends day 10 AM that what I call good service!!!., I got it on time for the price that advertise with No games played. I will be back for sure. Thank you. |

FYI - A Friendly recommendation: I just bought a Plasma TV from these guys and I was extremely happy with their service and prod. They weren't the cheapest, but I have had experience with companies that were selling for "cheap" and I had received refurbished or used products, then I had to call the companies ,deal with bad customer service and return the products. With this company I got the brand new merchandise at a decent price, friendly customer service and it was delivered on time!! |

My deepest gratitude to High4low for the best service I've EVER had. 4:30pm on Friday I found out I needed a camera for Monday. Surfed the net and found High4low. Placed my order at 6:15pm for Next Day Delivery then called and spoke to a rep. Asked about ETA and because it was 6:30 on Friday he thought I was crazy (I agree.) However, because of the rep's stalwart diligent business practices he made arrangements to drive the camera to the airport so I would receive it on Sat. Boy, am I happy! |

I was initially aprehensive about purchasing my Sony TRV camcorder over the net. However, my experience with High4Low has definitely changed my overall perspective. I purchased a Sony TRV 27 camcorder at a great price with excellent service. |

I bought a sony F717 from their website on Monday via ground shipping and recieved it the next day. I also spoke to them on the phone and they were courteous and helpful. The price was very good compared any legitimate store and their accessories are very fairly priced, just check their competitors and you'll se for yourself. Thanks for making this a simple and pleasant purchase. I would definitely buy again. |

Great. This could have been my easiest online purchase ever. The website is smooth and I received an email from UPS at the request of High4low before I even expected it. The product (Palm M130) arrived in two working days (even using UPS ground) in perfect shape. The price was great (second lowest). I'll definitely look to High4Low for a purchase of anything that I want which they carry. |

I purchased Canon Optura 200mc from this merchant. The transaction was prompt and the shipping was fast. I was not pushed to buy any extra accessories. The camcorder came in 3 days after placing the order. It was in a retail box with all the supplied accessories and USA warranty. I could highly recommend this merchant. |

Highly recommended. I paid extra for 2-day delivery of a Palm m130 but it was sent mistakenly by ground. Not to worry because their customer service was exceptional. They overnighted another one immediately. I would definately order from them again. |

I ordered a Sony P9 digital camera from them. I received ground shipping in 5 days to California. They did not push to buy accessories. They added $11.15 for handling and insurance in addition to the $18 shipping charge. This additional charge was never quoted to me over the phone when I ordered the camera. I noticed it for the first time when I received my credit card bill. This is a shady practice. I have never had a vendor add additional charges to by bill without being notified. |

The customer service for this company is extremely poor. I've emailed them several times to ask them about a product, and many weeks have passed without an answer. Their extremely low prices seem a bit fishy, which makes me wonder if they are selling blackmarket/refurbished products and passing them on as brand new? Overall, I would avoid companies like this, and find one which is more people friendly and has a better established reputation. |

I ordered a Palm 130 just before Christmas. I ordered on line and didn't know they were not in stock when I placed the order. When I called to find out what happened, they were very pleasant and expedited the shipping (without extra cost) so that I would get it in time. I would highly recommend this company. The product came brand new in the box, full warranty and my husband is extremely happy with the product. |

Ordered a Toshiba s805 laptop, came brand spanking new in 2 days. Due to some spec problems from toshiba I wanted another model.. they were really cool about it and had no problems. Not only that, I wanted another model that was cheaper on another e-tailer site..I told them and they beat the price by $50! plus got it here in 2 days!! I highly recommended these guys..brand new stuff, fast service, and prices are better. |

Purchased a Sony TRV 38 at a competitive price from these folks. It arrived four days latter. A salesman did call me to confirm my order and asked if I considered accesories, I told him I was not interested and he said fine. Overall - very good company and I wouold do business with them again. |

Best buying experience so far on the Internet! I bought two $7,500 Sharp home theater projectors from them (an XV-Z9000 last year and an XV-Z10000 this year). Lowest prices, quick delivery, and first rate service, especially after the sale. If there's a problem, they gladly go the extra mile and do whatever it takes to rectify the situation (the XV-Z10000 started having problems a month after I bought it; they took it back and immediately shipped me out a brand new unit). Highly recommended. |

I purchased a camcorder on a Wednesday with overnight delivery service. I was contacted by High4Low on Thursday because the delivery could not occur until Saturday. They said they "would not charge me extra" for Saturday delivery, although the item should have arrived on Friday. They would not reduce the delivery cost from next day to two-day delivery price. I cancelled my order and I will not do further business or recommend others to do business with High4Low. |

I bought a large LCD TV from them a week ago. Service was fast and professsional. I was hesitant to make a purchase this large on the web, having been burned by some of the web retailers out of Brooklyn (I wouldn't be surprised if they all turned out to be the same company). Yes, I am writing a review for this store. I never did that for no one, but this place really got me with there integrity,straight forward answers, no pushing sales techniques like other web sites.I did buy 3 small, portable presentation XGA projectors for my employee's , they got the best price and service I got so far on the web.highly recommended. |
