Purchased a Pioneer Elite 151. The price was excellent. Angel (salesman) followed through with all his promises. Had to change shipping and this was not a problem--which has not always been the case with some companies. Andrew brought the set in and set it up for me. Liked that a lot. Will definitely do business with them again. |

I bought a huge Pioneer monitor from BestBuyPCS. It arrived very quickly, along with a wall bracket and a Blu-Ray player. I called to make sure there would be no additional shipping or insurance charges and there were none. I also did not want refurbished equipment and the items I purchased from BestBuyPCS were new in the box. In addition, I owned a nearly new Mitsubishi HD projector that I no longer wanted. Scott helped me sell it through his site and took no commission for himself, only Amazon's commission. This made my overall experience with BestBuyPCS A-1. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again. Their prices and service are the best. |

I just recently purchased a Pioneer Plasma TV. I can only say it was a very smooth process, Josh was very helpful. The set arrived in excellent shape (East Coast to West Coast). It arrived on time by very good local transport company despite some very bad weather (white glove treatment) I was able to track the shipping details as it traveled across country. I would not hesitate in using BestBuyPcs again. |

Sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I got the best price I could find anywhere, delivery went fine, new television works great. They do "sell you up" on the shipping but price was still best that I could find. |

5 out of 5 stars. The price listed on the website was the same I was charged - no extra charges. They shipped my order the same day I placed it. E-mailed the tracking numbers later that same day. I ordered my Sony BDP S2000ES Blu-ray player around noon on Thursday, and received it at 11 am Saturday. The player looks and works great! |

These guys are the best internet source. I had a 60" plasma show up with the cracked screen. Angel and Lucky both workeed diligently to get the problem resolved. It's good to know when the transaction is not the smoothest that these guys will step up and help. Other transactions are both competitive and without problems. |

Bestbuypcs.com made purchasing my TV one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. The price was very competitive and the extended warranty was better than any I had seen, adding on to the existing warranty rather than replacing the existing warranty. They were extremely accommodating and quick with delivery. I ordered my TV on a Monday evening and it was at my house Wednesday morning. I am more than willing to recommend them to everyone I know and will be buying all my electronic appliances from them. |

In a word, AWESOME, these guys are great. Thanks Josh for assisting me in selecting the Plasma I needed. I ordered and recieved in 4 days, A Panasonic Th-58PZ750U, the bracket, and cabling to match- including the cables to run from the projection screen to the TV. Josh, called me and asked model #'s etc to ensure that I would receive the right cables, brackets etc.. Good job Josh, I have talked to our Purchasing Agent, and even she said Our Sheriff's Office, will continue to order from you because of the help via telephone, and right on advice!!! Instead of just ordering my Samsung 52" TV online through their site, I called them, to find out how long standard shipping takes vs. express. I ended up paying $125 for express shipping, and $98 for insurance on top of their very competetive TV price. Even with these extra charges, it was still the best deal I could find on this TV from a 4-5 star seller. They treated me like I was a valued and important customer from the first minute I contacted them (which was so refreshing in this day and age!) The phone salesman, the delivery service confirmation guy, the delivery guy himself -- all trustworthy and high quality and professional. I usually buy things from major stores (Circuit City, Pottery Barn, etc.) and was nervous about this "internet store" but they are a great company based in PA, and I highly recommend them. |

My experience with BESTBUYPCS.com has been a positive one. They were unbeatable with the price they had. However, they did call me regarding an 'Insurance fee' (They stated it was on their website). I almost canceled because of it. (The 'jacked up' the price). But without an arguement, they agreed to ship as the TOTAL price it was given to me originally. Would I shop with them again, Yes, I recommend them. Would I recommend them to a friend? YES, but be aware insurance IS an option, don't let no one tell you different. If they insist it on you to buy it, then look somewhere else if you want to... To add, they shipped it quick. They did an overall Very good job...close to one of the best. Thank you BestbuyPCs.com |

Hey Lucky, Thanks for your friendly and helpful service to what appeared to me, the consumer, a dire situation (buying a very, very expensive TV over the internet and receiving it in broken condition). I appreciate your quick and unflinching response to remedy the situation. I received the replacement 60 inch Pioneer plasma TV within 4 business days of talking to you. When I received the TV yesterday, the delivery guys from Manna actually helped me get it on the stand and waited for me to plug it in. There were no dents or marks on the TV and it operated fine. Last night, I plugged the TV into my new Blueray player; and ... WOW. So I just wanted to thank you guys for making my overall experience a 5 star experience (I'll be posting a 5 star review), because you guys did everything in your power to make your customer not only satisfied, but happy with the purchase and receipt of the product. I bought a denon receiver. I read a lot of posts associated with various online merchants about issues with requiring express postage, shipping insurance or add-ons in order to get the product. I can happily say that I had none of those issues with Bestbuypcs.com. After I placed the order, I did get a confirmation call. The guy asked if I wanted to expedite shipping. I said no and that was it. My order arrived 9 days later. Everything was packaged new and the receiver has worked great. My only tiny quible is that I never received a confirmation email. I would definitely use them again. |

I could NOT recommend this retailer. To even ship an "in-stock" item took 2 weeks and before they would ship the order they then required me to pay an extra $40 in additional shipping and insurance charges than was advertised on their web site or noted on the order confirmation. This they said, was because the item was "heavier than usual" In the end I cancelled the order. Retailer Response (02/19/2008): This customer ordered a very special Home Theater item that was in route to our retail location at the time of his order. Unfortunately they were delayed in shipment. We called and informed the customer of the delay and apologized for his inconvenience. He apparently had less patience than all of our other customers and chose to cancel his order. We never charged his credit card (and would not do so for any customer until the order is ready to ship) and obliged his request. We are very proud to provide an average of 15%-20% savings on all our products and are committed to provide a 5 star experience for every customer. |
