Great Story I was on my cell phone in Michigan driving along called nwv to place an order. I spoke to a rep who was very helpful and informative. We were able to complete the transaction in under five minutes. I received my merchandise in my home in less than five days eventhough I was promised seven to ten days. I would recommend this company as a buy. Great going guys! |

I had a great purchasing experience. I purchased a Cannon G2 digital camera with some accessories and an extended warranty. I got a great deal! They also offer first time customers a 30 percent discount on any accessories and warranties! Their shipping is very reasonably priced, so you don't feel like you are getting a great deal on the merchandise but get taken advantage of somewhere else. |

My business with New World Video Direct was very professional and efficient. They had the best price on a camera, and their shipping cost was very reasonable. Within an hour of placing my order on the internet, I received a phone call from them to confirm the order. Although I purchased additional items, their advice was very professional, correct and on a personal level. They also made me aware of a first time buyers 30% discount on top of other specials, so I got the best deal available. |

After having a problem with another discount merchant, I was pleased with New World Video Direct. The price of the camera was good, and they delivered the product quickly. When they called to verify my order, their salesma carefully explained to me about the camera as compared to other cameras I was considering and made recommendations on things that would protect my investment. There was not the feeling of being pressured to buy lots of extras like other companies. |

I have ordered digital cameras online before, but this was my best experience. The camera was $799 locally in Pasadena, CA. I bought the same camera from NewWorld for $543 (plus no sales tax! can I say that?). The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the camera I wanted to purchase. I received it the next day as promised, and am very happy with my purchase and my buying experience. I would definetly recommend NewWorld. |

I shopped extensively for the camera I wanted. This site had the best price and actually had the camera in stock! Other low priced sites didn't have the camera in stock and tried hard sell of accessories. Salesperson was helpful and courteous. Will check this site before I make any other purchase. |

This merchant had the best customer service rating with the second lowest price. I was willing to pay 20.00 more for the product due to that fact alone. There customer service rep was helpful. They shipped the product to me in the time frame I needed, a day early in-fact! They suggested accessories for the product quite aggressively. I only had to say no three times. I would assume thats where they make their money. Overall I got what I wanted at a price I was comfortable with! |

Wow! How did they do it? I ordered my Fuji 3800 late Monday morning(Columbus Day) and Tuesday afternoon at 3 PM UPS was knocking on my door with my new camera. When I ordered it they said it would be shipped Wednesday and arrived on Friday. By the way, it was shipped UPS ground. They really outdid themselves. The salesman was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient without any pressure. I can't give them anything less than five stars.I'll definitely shop here again. |

Great experience!! I ordered a Fuji 3800 camera on Sunday afternoon. Within 20 Min I received phone call confirming my order and see if I had any questions about the product. My questions about the new xD memory card were answered by a rep from NWVD. He was very knowledgeable about the 3800 and answered all my questions. On Monday NWVD sent me an e-mail confirming shipment My merchandise arrived on Thursday, just exactly what I had ordered. A++++++ Service and Customer Support!!!!!!!!!! |

Well the price was right and after talking with the salesman i was sold on some accessories..(the price was right for these need i say more) It was a pleasure to talk with the sales person and i walked away satisfied and would do it again with these folks. all i can say is thanks for everthing. I would say if you are buying something check the price with these folks and they will roll the red carpet out for you. |

I found New World Video Direct to be an excellent source of both the information I needed to purchase and the source of the product(Canon G2). They gave me reliable information, suggested, but did not press me or force additional options, and delivered the product as advertised and on-time. I needed additional information after the delivery and they provided it immediately. I will purchase again from NWV even if they are not the least expensive, as long as they remain competitive. Never ever had I had such a great experiance with ANY company.They are the BEST. I was told that the camera that I ordered would be in my home in four days, and here it came today (4) days. Called to order a Sony DSC-F717 Camera. The salesmen knew the camera and answered several questions I had. He sold me what I wanted and did not pressure me into buying more than what I wanted. UPS tracking number was provided and the camera arrived as advertised. I would recommend and use there services again. |
