I ordered two weeks ago. They confirmed it a week after I ordered it. They still had not sent the camera out. They would not let me send it to my work address which is safer than leaving an expensive camera on my doorstep.It took another few days to get that cleared up, but they will not send it to my safer address.It is "company policy. They said it would take about 3 to 5 days.Federal express said it would take about 7 to 8 days. Two weeks now,and still no camera. |

These guys are a joke!! First I asked if they had the product in stock and was told "no problem" when I declined to purchase a warrenty or accessories the delivery time jumped to 3-4 weeks. I immediately ended the call. I'm headed somewhere else. This place is a little too shady for me. |

I ordered the Canon Optura 200MC and was guaranteed that it was in stock. After calling repeatedly (for a week) and being assured the camera had been shipped to me, I called their bluff and asked to speak to a manager. The sales manager told me that they never had the camera to begin with. I was shipped a Sony camera instead because I doubt they will ever have the Canon in stock. Do not beleive ANYTHING in their terms & conditions. |

Not only had the lowest price on my camera, but gave me a confirmation call, suggested accessories (but no hard sell), offered 3-day shipping for only $5 more (to address my concern about getting it by vacation) and included a free camera case. I rec'd the camera on the day I was told it should arrive. I Wouldn't think twice about using them again based on my experience. |

(Edited October 12th by Shop_Around) When I placed my digicam order over the phone, the sales person informed me that I would also receive a free camera cleaning kit along with it. When my camera arrived, there was no cleaning kit. I had to call them four times to have them send me the cleaning kit which I had to wait for a while to receive. Other than that issue, guick turnaround time and am happy with me purchase. |

They confirmed my ordered hours after it was placed. Customer Service Rep (very friendly) recommended an accessory at a reasonable rate. Very pleased. Looking forward to receiving my camera. |

These guys suck!! Its the old bait and switch. One of the best prices listed. Ordered it and recieved an email confirming the item was being shipped. Got a call to "confirm" order and told sales that "no" I don't need any accessories. Was told no problem your item is being shipped now. Recieved an email 2 days later that it was on back order and would get it in 2-3 weeks. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!! |

Keep in mind that you will only receive the product if you purchase the 'other' things related to the product. Otherwise you will only be told 2 to 3 weeks (I'm on week 4). I'll probably purchase the camera at a local retailer and leave this order open. The smart money says that 6 months from now it will still be on back order because they have no intention of shipping it since I didn't want any of thier 'other' stuff. |

Their website said "Usually Ships in 2-3 Business Days". Had a voicemail from them to get in touch to confirm the order I placed on their website - it then took 3 days and many calls (as well as unreplied to emails) to get through to them (no voicemail, just rang and rang and rang). Then I find out that they wont ship for another 7 days. Very poor experience - a low price but you get what you pay for here. Ended up doing a pricematch with another retailer and getting next day delivery - superb. |

Website said the camera shipped in 5-7 business days. The sales rep told me it'd be on my doorstep in 2-3 weeks. After a week i was told it was back ordered and they wouldn't even get any cameras for 2-3 weeks. Impolite liars. |

Great peoples. When i ordered my digicam i asked in the order comments to call back if they are unable to ship camera in 5 days. I was called back and asked if it suitable for me if they ship my camera a week later, because they have backordering situation. It is not Ok for me and they cancelled my order with no questions asked and before they charged my CC. Will shop at this company. The sales person responds instantly and there are no automated answer systems with hours of waiting and dialing. |

I placed a Sony DSC-V1 digital camera order yesterday, received an autoreply email to confirm my order, no calls or any other email. I called them this morning, and the rep. asked me if I need memory for the camera, I said no, then he said the order would take 3-4 weeks, and expecting me to cancel this order by asking "you want to cancel right?" I hope they will cancel my order and do nothing about my credit card information. I would stay away from all these kind of low price sellers. |

This firm is a sham! I ordered a Nikon Coolscan 4000 ED almost four month ago and I still have yet to receive it. After repeated emails and phone calls I have yet to get a answer as to the status of my order. Stay away from these guys. They had the best price and a good merchant rating. They must be paying for all of the good reviews! |
