Easy to work with. Had delivered to work instead of home; they emailed and said billing address didn't match for CC. I confirmed and faxed and they Shipped. THanks for the great monitor. It was over thanksgiving and still received in about a week. Overall Rating

I spent a weekend fretting that the unit didn't work. But instead, I'm the idiot that didn't know how to turn it on. The unit had no paperwork or instructions (refurb). Monitor has a touch sensitive on/off switch which is not obvious on the front. But it all ended well, unit works and I'm clued in. Overall Rating

don't really know at this point in time. However, it would have been good business practice to inform me at the time I placed my first order that Canadians weren't serviced thru the internet ordering process, so that I didn't haveto query 2 weeks after my order was placed to find out that it hadn't been completed, because it was a Canadian order. Right? If I had known, I would have had it shipped to my US adress, as I have done this time. Right? Not only the above, but! do you realise that this is the second one of these you've sent to me???? Are you the same firm??? (micro) This order was never fulfilled due to radical lack of communication in explicit terms...DuH!

So far so good. The tv/monitor came with no documentation at all and Viewsonic's website says that the manual is not available not available. I seems to work ok but it has been a challenge to figure it out. I guess these guys define things to their advantage. I have always thought that a "factory refurbished" item came in a package just like a new item with everything included like documentation cables ect. To me this should be called a "white box". I had read the reviews and wasn't surprised but also not very happy about the total lack of documentation. I guess I got what I payed for.

Just placed order, we'll have to wait and see if it is okay. Such a good price, it seemed too good to be true. It was. The printer was supposed to be "new" in an opened box with warrantee. The printer was used (35000 print jobs) and was fortunate not to arrive damaged. It had no documentation. The thing was, I was willing to accept a working used printer for 35 percent of a new printers price and that is exactly what I received. But boy, some people would be angry with a used printer when a new one is advertised.

excellent process..received on time but not what I expected. I know it said the mp3 player was"refurbished" but this was beyond refurbished. It had obviously been well used and had numerous scratches and dings on both front and back. 20% "restocking" fee seems like a ripoff to me. Would not buy anything from them again.

Worst possible company to do business with, advertised the WRONG type of motherbard for my HP Presario. Their web site showed a board with a firewire port, so I ordered it. The board showed up WITHOUT the firewire port. I sent it back and gave them the CORRECT part number for the one they advertised. They charged me a 20% restock fee for sending me the WRONG PART. STAY AWAY FROM THESE People, rude and nasty on the phone. Rip off artists...
