Always a great business experience, this time however I was surprised that the coupon codes are actually at the inetvideo website under the coupon pull down, in the past I was searching the internet for coupon codes or finding them in my email. Makes it a lot simpler to just have them at your finger tips. And got great prices besides |

MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE UNTILL AFTER CHRISTMAS AND I HAD PAID FOR PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING. I PURCHASED ON 17TH OF DEC: 3 TO 6 DAYS WOULD HAVE HAD MY PURCHASE TO ME PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS. I contacted the company and requested they return my priority express shipping costs but it is now Jan. 5th and I have had no response. Not good customer service. |

I have received emails from iNetVideo for a while now and I had not yet purchased any products from them until last week I thought I would give it a try and see how their service was, to say the least I was very satisfied. my order was received extremely fast and the Prices were very competitive. I have now shifted all my online video purchases to iNetVideo. |
