Retailer Response (10/27/2011): There was indeed a big performance problem with the shopping cart which has now been rectified. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. They should inform me when there's a problem and take care of it quickly. This didn't happen. After several more E-mails and promises to check on things, I still haven't gotten everything I ordered.
