I haven't received my item yet, but so far the experience was easy. The website was simple to navigate and there were multiple payment options, plus free shipping. An excellent experience to date. Update: the item I ordered came on time and was securely packaged. My sales call following the order placement was a little much. |

It took TWO WEEKS when I was told 5 days to get the TV and it arrived without a power cord. After I submitted the purchase I began receiving their sale flyers by email and found the price had dropped $50!!! |
