Ordering was easy.Phone check indicates item is expected to be in stock in several days. Since item is back-ordered, it will be interesting to see if any complications develop. None did.Item was back in stock when they indicated it would be. They shipped it when they said they would and I got it exactly when I was supposed to. Everything went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to use them again. |

Ordered a 50" plasma. It arrived by truck one week later - IL to CA. Packed very well. Everything in excellent condition. Had a software glitch that was quickly fixed by the manufacturer(Pioneer). I decided to make my purchase with this store because they are an authorized dealer and their price was very competitive. Extremely pleased. |

I was especially impressed when I had a question about the shipping charge, and called the company. The gentleman who helped me out was cordial and not in a hurry to make a sale. I told him that I wanted to explore other options before placing an order, and he was sympathetic! I could not, however, find a better deal! |
