SUnvale DVD promo is a scam. Received first unit, would not read original store bought dvd. Returned unit and received replacement, still will not load DVD's. Tried multiple origianal DVD's and nothing. Save yourself the aggravation of thinking you'll receive a product you can actully use. |

It was has been a great experience so far. I even called to make sure they could deleiver to a different address then my billing address and I waqs told I had to notify my bank about a second address and they would put my order through. So it has been great so far. |

Web site was easy to navigate and items were easy to find. Shipping was fast, but I had to check my order number on the site to get the tracking number. Otherwise, I would definitely shop here again! |

My order was in limbo for more than a week. If I did not call not sure how long I would have waited. My credit card was charged but the order never went out. Once I got a hold of a customer service representative, he expedited the order immediately. He said that the manufacturer messed up the inventory. Regardless, a notice should have been sent out reporting any delays in shipping. Other than the so called mix up all was fine. |

The service and follow up was only surpassed by the knowledge of the person we dealt with (Frank) who obviously knew his products and was able to make solid recommendations that didnt necessarily cost me more but more made the best sense for what I was trying to accomplish.
