There was an error processing my card (debit, was paid last Friday, zero chance of NSF), so I called in. After sitting on hold longer than I was willing to, I hung up & used Paypal instead (funded by same debit card, worked fine). Due to this, had to ship to home instead of work (a pain). Overall satisfied, but marginally. UPDATE: They were slow to get around to shipping it out, too. |

All my orders need to ship USPS. This choice is not available. I want to support our postal service as much as I can. Many on-line companies sell at low prices and then make money on the shipping. Have had no comments on the above review since the last survey. |

Probably the fastest online order I have ever placed! No tax and no shipping made the purchase even sweeter. Thank you. Well the online ordering may be fast but, as of today, 9 days later, I haven't received my merchandise. It was ordered on Feb 18 and not expected to ship until between 4-7 Mar. I actually needed the products quicker than that so its become a problem. Not impressed. No communication about if they (6 hand mixers) are back ordered, I should have been told so I could make a decision to canx and order from somewhere else. |

it a great site, but they also have so many other items I found byACCIDENT searching for coupons, J&R does not have most listed, I actually had to leave got confused, and my back hurt(disabled), items say they dont have, then i find them, I can see they are working on all this (i hope) i do love the site, but patience is not one of my virtues, J&R are wonderful customer serv, the best i have dealt with, a lot is me I believe need to learn how they do things, I am a newbie but not for long. . |

J&R had multiple methods of payment and had on the product page if it was available. Was able see what I wanted, then make a quick decision and place my order in under 3 minutes. Very efficient. |
