Good prices on distressed or overstock items. Occasionally, you will get a defective item, but they are quick to refund or exchange. Their website expires cookies/sessions too soon, so if you have a full shopping cart, and get a phone call or are delayed, you will come back to a frustrating empty shopping cart and have to start over from scratch. |

I ordered a sony vaio laptop only to find out there was hard core porn on it! I am completely upset and wanted a refund and they basicly told me to jump off a cliff! I can not believe that this happened! The laptop was sold to me as open box but clearly had been used by some pervert. Please I strongly urge you not to by from this fraudulent company. |

I had no idea Open Box meant that the previous user's pictures and music would still be on this phone. Bought a Nokia 5800 and was startled to see this otherwise mint phone had photos and tons of music downloads hogging up space. Creepy, too, considering recent news about people being wrongly convicted for internet kiddie porn on used and refurbished computers. The least they could do is clean it out before selling it. |
