I ordered a digital thermometer from this company. The product I received was used and did not function. It's not worth the cost of shipping it back so I just lost the money. I would not recommend this company to anyone nor will I do business with them again. |

I bought an open box laptop, and I requested T4L to physically check the contents and conditions, one of the rep came back to me in the next business days telling me that everything is like new. Then, I had some problems with my credit card authorization, they suspended the order while I cleared it with my CC company. The same rep was very helpful and kept me in the loop all the way. I am happy to do business with them, but I do wish that they can loosen up the CC authorization process for those who don't reside in US, but have a valid US shipping address. |

I researched a transactional license for Adobe Flash, and then followed a link to Tech for Less. I figured either way I would be safe because they boasted a 30 day money back guarantee. The first copy they sent me didn't have a serial number, so they promptly sent me another copy. The second copy didn't have the serial number, and that was the problem specified with the first copy. Even though on the product description there was a 1 user license specified through transactional or OOP. This is the last email I have received: It looks as though this product is only for the media, not the license. Which is just what the listing says for the item. 'MEDIA KIT CS4 FLASH PRO 10”. So we will not be able to further assist you. The license has to be purchased separately. I will not have you send the other kit back. Please use it if you can or dispose of it. Please let me know if you have further questions. Thank you, I replied I want my money back per guarantee, no answer yet. |
