I was very pleased with the entire transaction. The sales person was friendly, and took the information quickly. The multi-function printer was shipped the next day and arrived in perfect condition within a couple of days, as advertised. Great price, great service. |

I called their order number a couple times asking when it was shipped and when would I receive it. They were very patient and helpful. All their service was excellent! From the refurbished questions I had down to the on time delivery. I will definitely order from them again. |

I just purchased a Pioneer PDP 5030 HD from Electrified. Excellent service, great price, no high pressue sales pitch for extra stuff. The sales rep spent 15 minutes on the phone answering my questions. I ordered plasma on Friday, received on Wednesday, shipped from Oregon to Michigan. On the truck within 2 hours of order. Saved $5000 vs. local chain price. The rep called back as promised on Monday to give me tracking info. Excellent overall experience. (and excellent plasma) |

Ordered the Sony VPL-CS5 projector. Projector came in a timely manner, brand new. I also ordered (through email and phone) some items that Electrified did not usually stock. The rep was very helpful. They contacted a supplier and I received all the items for the projector that I needed. |

Electrified has some of the best, if not THE best prices of any store, online or otherwise. The customer service is excellent. I bugged the rep a lot about when my speakers would be arriving, and she always had prompt responses and never got annoyed with me. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but that was the fault of the distributor, not Electrified. No matter... the NEW speakers got here in perfect condition, and they sound spectacular. |

I ordered Sony projector vplcs5 from Electrified because they had best price AND ratings on PriceGrabber. Website clear on what's new and what's refurbished, and what has no returns or support. Also lists names, phone #'s, address, unlike other resellers with low ratings. Projector came NEXT DAY after placing order! Pleasant, prompt service via phone and e-mail. Projector was new, sealed in factory box, upc code intact. I would use Electrified again. Class act. |

Bought refurb Samsung 50" DLP TV with six month manuf. warranty $800 off reg price. Unit took eight minutes to get proper display after turned on so applied warranty from Samsung and got optical engine replaced at no cost. Set works like new now. LF in Plano TX. |

I ordered a toner cartridge and it was packed very well. The toner box was inside a larger shipping box with expansion foam. A copy of the register reciept and the invoice arrived before the product arrived. |

Electrified notified me about a credit card shipping address problem. Most merchants won't notify the customer. I was able to correct the problem and call customer service to retry the credit card. I like their security policy and the extra steps they took process my order. Thanks Electrified. |
