I order from another company who kept giving me the run around as to when the product would be shipped. Come to find out it was on back order, i was never notified. When I called Electrified the representative put me on hold and physically went to make sure they had the part. It was shipped out that same day. I wish I would have called Electrified from the very beginning. I recommend them to everyone i know. |

I put the lamp into my tv with no problem and works fine. The price was the lowest I could find. I ordered another one to keep as a spare. This company seems really fair and dedicated to customer service. |

(Edited April 13th by mikenbecki) I purchased a new lamp for my TV and after placing my order, I realized my wife already ordered from someone else, so I called to cancel the order I placed. The CSR I spoke to was very helpful and found the order right away. He was going to take the item off the shipping cart and cancel the order. After a few minutes, I decided it wouldn't be so bad to have 2 lamps delivered (for when it burns out again in a couple years), so I called back to tell them to go ahead and ship the item. The CSR did not get annoyed; he was still just as helpful as before. I appreciate the service I received and would DEFINITELY order from Electrified.com again! |

I ordered a replacement bulb w/ housing for my JVC projection TV. They shipped my order the same day and was received in 4 days in excellent condition. They are easy to work with either by phone or online. I highly recommend this company and will usa them again. |

I chose to buy from Electrified Discounters because of the great reviews I saw. The service, product and price were all excellent. Disclosure: I received an e-mail from this merchant promising me a gift if I completed two or more reviews on specific websites, including this one. I decided to go ahead and do the reviews only because I was so pleased with Electrified Discounters. |

I had purchased a projection lamp from them before for my Sony TV and was very impressed with their customer service then so naturally I went back to them when I was in need of another one. I called them because I was having a hard time finding the item on the website and they told me the exact steps to find the right item. I then placed my order online on Monday at 10 am and it was delivered by UPS on Tuesday at 1 pm. The best part is I only had to pay for UPS Ground shipping. I will order from them again and recommend them to everyone!!! |

There was a problem with the order and was notified almost immediately by Electrified.com. The problem would have been resolved the next day, but I was out of my office. When I got back the following day, I was a little frustrated that I could not get a hold of the Office Manager right away. After playing phone tag most of the morning, I finally got in touch with her and the problem was resolved very quickly and very pleasantly! It turned out to be a problem with the bank, she called them and I received the order two days after the problem was resolved. I'm very pleased with the price and the level of customer service. I will, and have already, recommended this company to colleagues. I will check Electrified.com first before buying replacement projector bulbs elsewhere. |
