I like Mac Mall, but sometimes their prices aren't what they say they are going to be, or their sales are misleading in the emails. Today they were what they said and that is why I made a purchase. |

I tried to order online 3 times and it wouldn't process. I called the 1-800 number and the representative said he couldn't process my order due to computer maintenance. He suggested I order online. I said I tried 3 times and it wouldn't go through. He said try again in an hour. I did, 3 more times! My order still didn't go through. Finally, nearly 12 hours later, I was able to place my order online. There should be a message online that says computer maintenance is taking place and when to try again. This was my first poor experience with MacMall. |

I paid with Amazon but the site asked for an email and password. Apparently I must have used a password on some past purchase--but instead of providing a link to recover/change the password it simply kept blocking the purchase. I almost did not buy, but finally gave it the address to my junkmail account and a new password. Very frustrating. |

I ordered macbook air 13" from macmall.com. There is an option to add more item. I added sleeve cover which shows no charge for the cover. So, I thought it comes with the item. However, when the item arrived, no cover came. I called the customer service and asked about the cover. They said it does not come with the order; there is a mistake at their end. But as a buyer, you think they offer the cover with the computer, and that's why I bought it from them. Bad experience with macmall. |

After saying that I was going to use Amazon.com for payment, it also ask me to logon to MacMall. It should ask me to logon to MACMall before asking me how place the order. |

Yep - they spammed me almost immediately - last time buying I guess (also purchased three things and they came in three wasteful packages (would have all fit in one of the boxes with much room to spare) previously: I do not like being forced to give my email address - this will cause me to avoid site in the future. Every time I give an email address it just gives the vendor an excuse to spam and spam. In this case, if I get spam from the vendor, I will block the sender's address in my email client. I have taken a screen shot that shows I did not click the "please spam me by Price Grabber" and will report to MacMall if I am spammed (i.e. if they are paying a service that spams their customers) |

I've ordered from MacMall previously and after my 2nd purchase, I'm still going to be a customer - but more careful when dealing with their customer service. It was good service, but a bit complicated and took over a week to resolve (on my credit card, etc). |
