I found that their prices for FedEx shipping where very high -- $17 for 3 day service. 3 day service was the least costly of their shipping options. |

Sent me the product on time in perfect condition as advertised. The price was much cheaper than I could have obtained elsewhere, although I'm sure I got the wholesale version. I would do your research first about the product though, because I'd anticipate problems if you needed to return something. Restocking fees etc. Otherwise, if you are willing to take a risk that it may not work with your system, they are a great company to buy from. |

I will never purchase from this company again. I bought several internal and external modems from thes vendor, including the usr 5686d external and the usr 5687-03 internal. They were both advertised as new and showed up as new on my invoice. When they arrived they were nicely packages as if they were new. But used they were. Pencil marks all over the dip switches, and many of them didn't work. They send out used stuff, buy at your own risk. |

i have no idea why anyone would write a negative review of this company. i placed an order 2 days ago, it arrived today. i was shocked when i saw the ups man. what a great company. product worked, i will order from them anytime. don't believe the negative reviews, they are great. |

THEY DID NOT SHIP WHAT I ORDERED. They substituted a much cheaper, but similar product. I ordered a RETAIL VERSION of an Adaptec ASC-39160 controller, which normally includes a manual, drivers, cd cables, and a FIVE YEAR WARRANTY etc. I received, an OEM version, with NO WARRANTY, no manuals, no cables, no cds, etc. If I wanted the OEM version, I would have purchased it. I want what I ordered...Let's see what they do about it. |

bought a cisco1720 rfb off of these guys. I was really skeptical as to why the price was so much lower than everyone else's, but i have to say i was happy with the product. the router had very few marks on it and powered up perfectly. Would definintely order from them again. |

So far so good. Easy to contact as well. ICT contacted me upon my return order almost immediately via email. I was also emailed when they received the return and that I would receive a credit. |

Consider this before you buy from this company. I ordered a US Robotics 56k/14.4 V.92 w/RAPIDCOMM Fax/Data SW External Modem (Item # USR 5686D). I received a 4 year old modem (made in 2000) that was not V.92 and only V.90. When I contacted the company they said it was upgradeable to V.92 but agreed that I did not receive what was advertised, printed on my invoice, and what I thought I paid for. I don't like this type of deceptive advertising and business. I am returning the modem immediately. |

Bought the logitech driving force pro. It was probablly a display model or a quick return because I still had to "break it in". A little mark on the shift that you can't tell unless you look real close. Good deal! I have to keep my eye on these guys on another great deal for whatever I purchase next. About the negative comments: Read their site. If its dead on arrival, breaks, or send you the wrong item, they will correct it or you get your money back(not in any particular order). |

I had a very good experience here. The only bad thing that I can say is that there wasn't enough product information displayed. But the price was so good I couldn't pass up the opportunity. The navigation of the site was very simple and easy to follow and the money back return policy was very clearly displayed. I had no problems ordering whatsoever. |
