Right after I placed the order with BuyersEdge, I got an email from Tommy Stevens Aka The Magic Man. I called him with the customer service # and got a very warm reception with a very professional way to summarize the features of the dish washer I bought and related accessory and warranty package came with it. I have never had as much fun spending over $2400 as I did with "Tommy the Magic man". He was so easy to deal with, so pleasant and funny, and he knows his products in and out. I normally don't order over the phone because it's usually a jerk from NJ. (sorry but it's true guys) As a matter of fact I had originally planned on ordering it from True 1080p store, but the guy was an a** and I just hung up on him. From now on, I use Tommy my Magic Man, because he did work magic to get my item with some special side items. He will be who I refer my friends to in the future. I'm very pleased with Buyer's Edge -- very excellent prices, good website, easy to place your order, and good customer service when speaking with Tommy Stevens, the "Magic Man". I made a mistake on my order (ordered a gas range) and called the company -- was able to get through quickly and spoke with Tommy who got my order corrected. He was courteous and professional. Also, if you want to buy extended warranty, you'll find it's a far better deal than any of the local stores you can visit, at least for this gas range. I plan to come back to Buyer's Edge to purchase a dish washer! Overall Rating

I purchased a new LG refrigerator for my new home and after searching for hours online, I found these guys and they had the lowest price of all the companies that I researched by far. I received a personal phone call from them confirming my sale and notifying me of so great offers that I would have been foolish to pass up. In this case on a $1400 range I thought it was the thing to do. I did have a problem with this transaction. The range arrived with a significant dent in the side of the unit. I had to refuse shipping. A second unit shipped but it took another 3 weeks to arrive. This unit arrived in perfect condition and everything works on the range as it should. Overall, I'm relatively satisfied with this transaction. I did save several hundred dollars over buying locally. Shipping was an issue with the first delivery. The delivery guys were terrible. They came ill prepared to unload a range and bring it in my home. Possibly this is why the unit was damaged. The second delivery was fine. A word to the wise. Make sure you examine the item well when it arrives. Had I accepted the initial range I would have been stuck with it. Overall Rating

I ordered a Samsung Refrigerator from Buyers Edge. I was a little skeptical that an appliance this large, ordered online, and shipped from the East Coast to the West Coast, could arrive intact, but it did. It was packaged incredibly well. . "Magic Man" Tommy, my rep, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. His willingness to go above and beyond was evidenced as he lead me through the transaction, kept me posted on the shipping dates,and followed up on the delivery. He showed a genuine concern for my happiness with the whole delivery process. They suggested me to purchase threshold delivery service for delivery time flexibility. In fact, it was still curb delivery. I left voice mail to the service manager who never returned call, I sent email to ustomerservice@buyersedge.com, the mail was returned due to its mail box overflow. I ordered a Samsung refrigerator from them a week ago, and it has STILL not shipped, their customer service LIED TO ME yesterday and told me it had shipped, and their OFFICE IS CLOSED for four days! I was promised it would ship within 3 days, then take 5 - 7 days to arrive. So now, I'm left with no refrigerator, and no idea how long it will really be until I get one... Wow just got off the phone with Tommy the majic man from Buyers Edge. Tommy was great to work with and very helpfull in picking out the right oven for me. He upgraded my shipping for no cost and offered a low cost extended warranty for my oven but didn't try and hard sell me. He also listened to my complaint about Jenn Air and Kitchen Aid. Both are good products but when I attempted to purchase a Jenn Air not from Buyer Edge I found that they will not ship over 150 miles. I was told by Tommy that both Jenn Air and Kitchen aid have this policy. I would highly recomend Buyer Edge and Tommy the Magic man. The buying process took less then 5 minutes and no pressure or hard sell. Overall Rating

Seller did not know its merchandise, however, and pushed sale of a hose set too although manufacturer's hoses are included with the LG washer. Returning the extra hose set for credit was a problem. It took almost 1 month for me to get the credit from the date they received the returned hoses. Faced with that, I wrote a bad review and gave them two stars. The Buyer's Edge Representative, Tommy Stevens, phoned me a few days later and wanted to make things OK. I was given an extended warranty to help make up for my difficulties. I think this shows that Buyer's Edge really does care about good customer relations and is willing to make up for mistakes. Therefore, since my washing machine delivery was done rapidly and correctly and since they resolved my problem with the difficulty of return, I am giving them 5 stars. Overall Rating

Exceptional customer service, delivery and pricing. These folks were an absolute joy to do business with. I ordered an LG Steam Washer & Dryer on a Sunday via internet. They called on Monday, thanked us for the order, explained the shipping procedure, asked if we had all the things required for hook-up (didn't try to sell - just wanted to make sure we were informed and prepared). Delivery Company called to make an appointment for delivery and showed up on time, that Thursday!. Absolutely perfect condition cartons and product. No dents, dings, mis-handling, wrong model, etc. Exactly what we ordered - imagine that from an online company!!! I cannot tell you how happy and satisified we have been with these folks. Will buy from them again in a heartbeat. !00% recommend them. In fact, I called yesterday and ordered additional products. 5-star service and very competitive pricing. Good people. Overall Rating

I've been searching for a new tv for a while now and my brother recommended I try BuyersEdge. He told me he was treated well and was really happy with his new tv so I gave them a call. I was looking for the best deal and wanted to deal with someone I felt I could trust. I called to find out some information and was connected to Tommy the Magic Man. I have not received my washing machine yet however.... I have had a very pleasant conversation with an efficient, courteous and knowledgeable representative from Byers Edge. Tommy aka "Magic Man". I purchased the machine on Saturday evening and he responded by Monday morning to set up the delivery details. He was not aggressive but was very clear on what he could offer in regard the warranty and details of shipping. I did not feel pressured or like I was taken advantage of. Actually, I think it is great that an employee can have this much freedom to offer to the customer. He was able to offer an excellent warranty so that I can have peace of mind should anything be wrong with the washing machine! This is the first time I have purchased a major appliance on line and was a bit leery but I feel pretty good about it now after speaking with Tommy. The deal he offered is still under what I would have paid for shipping and tax. Thanks! Overall Rating
