Who knew buying a Washing Machine would be so FUN! I spoke with Tommy Gunn (he's my NEW favorite Gunn, next to Tim Gunn on Project Runway!) When he found out I lived in Boone County Kentucky I even got serenaded the Daniel Boone song! Tommy knows his stuff and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and brightened my day! I can't wait until I need more appliances......I will go straight to Buyer's Edge and see if Tommy has a new song for me!!!! |

I just purchased the Whirlpool Gold GX2FHDXVY 22' French Door Refrigerator in Stainless Steel from Buyer's Edge from Tony Stark AKA The Real Deal. I was so excited w/ the incredible savings that I'm taking off to the casino buffet to celebrate. I researched this product extensively & had originally placed an order w/ one of their competitors who appeared to have the lowest price. As a last resort, I checked Amazon & Buyer's Edge came up which was over $100 less than the best price I could find. Buyer's Edge even had a $100 rebate that it's competitor did NOT have. Their competitor claimed they could beat Buyer's Edge but when I called the competitor, Buyer's Edge price was too low for them to beat. Consequently, I canceled my order w/ the competitor & went with Buyer's Edge. There are even two other rebates of $100 each that I found on the Net & will apply for. Thanks, Tony. You're a real professional, informative, helpful, & you truly gave me the Real Deal. You're the greatest! |

I just placed an order for a major appliance. I recieved an email and a call within days from Tommy aka The Magic Man to help with delivery and additional options. He upgraded my shipping for no cost and offered an extended warranty for a very good price. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I am very happy with Tommy's service. He made me feel confident about my order. Buyer's Edge has the best deals out there and with outstanding service! I would certainly consider going with them with additional purchases. Had never considered purchasing appliances over the internet before, assumed they would be way too bulky and the shipping cost would be astronomical. But during my online research for a new GE Profile range, I found buyersedge.com. Impossible to pass up - price was $400 cheaper than the identical item at Lowe's or Home Depot AND had FREE shipping AND no sales tax! Ordered online in just a couple of clicks and got call a couple days later from Tommy Gunn aka "The Magic Man" who walked through the shipping and delivery process. Overall great service after the sale from Tommy. I am completely satisfied and will definitely be purchasing from buyersedge.com again! No more box stores for appliances ever again! |

This review is for my customer experience with BE in advance of my item being delivered. I placed my order by phone, as the amount was significant enough to warrant a live person. Tony Stark (Iron Man incarnate???) was the salesperson who took my order, and he was not nonplussed when I asked him if the item was in fact in stock and ready to ship; over the years, I've received some flack from other companies when asking that very simple and decidedly reasonable question. Tony recommended, without hard-selling or improper "scare" tactics, a couple of supplemental items, one of which I did buy from a risk management perspective. He was courteous and soft-spoken throughout the interaction, and I expect my purchase to be delivered without incident. |

I have recently used Buyer's Edge twice - once for a Fisher/Paykel Refrig and once for a Frigidaire Range. Tommy the Sales guy was very helpful, gave me a great price, and when the items arrived they were in perfect condition. They shipped them to California and I saved the 9.75% sales tax and paid NO shipping! |

I purchased an LG Gas Range from Buyers Edge. I was very skeptical about spending this much money on the internet, especially after speaking with Sears and Best Buy who both tried to convince me I could be receiving used or damaged equipment. I reviewed many comments from previous buyers and had a conversation with Tommy at Buyers Edge about how my experience will be. Tommy confirmed I would be receiving a new range which also came with a warranty for one year from LG. TONY STARK a very Great!!! costumer service person!!!!Highly recommend. I Did extensive price shopping on and off the internet, and Buyersedge was by far the best deal for my new Weber grill. All I can say is GIVE THE MAN A RAISE!
