We purchased this product to replace our old microwave. It's so user friendly. We love using the quick minute button instead of having to punch in the cook time. There is also a knob that pops out for setting the cook time by turning the knob. We don't really use all the preset buttons, so we can't comment on that. Overall, we are pretty happy with the product.
