Avery Dennison CD Stomper Mega Pack CD/DVD Labels...

Strengths: labels are easy to apply and adhere well to CD/DVD disc

Weakness: side tabs sometimes break off the label before the label is adhered to disc

This product is a high quality product that performed up to my expectations. The labels are easy to apply and adhered well to the various CD and DVD media I used. The label can also be used either full faced or as a standard label providing flexibility for the user.

Avery Dennison CD Stomper Mega Pack CD/DVD Labels...

Strengths: Good price for amount of labels.

Weakness: Paper has changed, a little more matte than it used to be and rips easier.

I would buy the refill again because I have the program and the CD Stomper applicator. The label refills are good, and a good deal for the price and size of package. Need to be a little careful with the paper, tears easier than the previous labels I have bought before.

Avery Dennison CD Stomper Mega Pack CD/DVD Labels...

Strengths: Well thought out labels

Weakness: Software is really bad, no label templates for standard software (ms word, wordperfect, etc).

I just bought the CD Stomper CD/DVD labeling kit. The software that comes with it is marginal at best. The software is buggy and slow. It doesn't handle large graphics well, slows it down alot. It is a good package for someone who want's basic functionality. But it's not very advanced. The bad part is that nobody has templates for these labels, which makes them almost useless. I'll probably be returning mine for an actual Avery label system. At least you can download Avery templates for MS Word.

Avery Dennison CD Stomper Mega Pack CD/DVD Labels...

Strengths: Does not bubble up or wrinkle up after applied to cd/dvd

I have used these labels for years and of the brands I have tried the cd stomper has given the best results. Other brands of labels that I have tried would bubble, wrinkle, and sometimes separate from the disc over time while cd stomper brand did not exhibit these problems to date.

Overall good labels

Strengths: Thin, easy to apply

Weakness: none so far

These labels are very thin and easy to apply. The applicator pad is very easy to use with the labels and I can now use my computer to print out labels for my Cd's with no problems.

CD Stomper Mega Pack CD/DVD Labels

Strengths: Perfect for High Volume User

Weakness: Label is not centered on disc sometimes. They are not glossy labels. Labels curl once removed.

Avery has made a good labeling system. Can't beat the price. I would prefer glossy labels but I'm sure the price would be much higher. Labels are not always centered on disc due to stomper tolerances. Labels will curl up once removed for the sheet. So apply carefully. The 300 labels will clean up my DVD library. The label can be used full faced or a standard label providing flexibility for the user. No more writing on the discs. Still about the best system for labeling on the market.

New Labels Provide Better Coverage Over the CD/DVD

Strengths: Cheaper than buying lightscribe discs. Good quality labels that won't peel off or wrinkle over time. Full surface coverage. Tabs for easier application.

Weakness: Older plastic packaging better protected labels. Also back of the package says these labels were not designed for DVDs and to buy the DVD labels instead, but they sell it as a CD/DVD label pack.

Works great with my CD Stomper applicator, although applying the center label is a bit tricky. Compared to the old labels, the new labels are easier to peel from the backing and apply with the no touch tabs. They are also easier to differentiate under a lightbulb which side is the label side and which is not. The free Click N' Design software (version 5) available for download is no longer worthless but still not as good as the Surething CD Labeler program that used to be included.
