Apple iMac Desktop Computer - 2 GHz

Weakness: Logic board failed after only 50 days of part time use

After spending 2 hours with tech support I was told to take the computer to a certified repair facility. The next day i was told it needed a new logic board and it was being ordered, but they couldn't tell me when it would arrive. After 5 more days and several phone calls to Apple I was told they didn't know when the part would be shipped. After a few more phone calls I was told the part would arrive in 5-7 days, they would then send it to the repair facility, where the Apple IMac G-5 would be repaired and I would be called when it was done.
If you have the capability to wait for two weeks for a repair on a new computer go for it. Apple is not supporting this product adequately. They are still selling new computers but don't have parts to repair new one's that fail.
