Review the product (H721 Wireless Cell Phone Headset...Strengths: Clear and strong on volume and voice transmission. It's hands free and does voice calling. Weakness: Sometimes misunderstands voice calling due to extraneous noises, but rectifies itself on second request. Works great otherwise and would buy again. Unit was easy to pare up with my cell phone and is relatively comfortable to wear. Pushing a simple button one time to respond to calls without looking for the on button is great. Quite satisfied!Strengths: Ease of use and length of battery time. Weakness: Switching from the bluetooth to the handset while talking to someone- I haven't figured out a good way to do it w/o disrupting the conversation- there may be a way, but I don't know how to do it! ;) I looked all around and this is the only bluetooth I've found that doesn't require putting something inside the ear. It's easy to use, fast to put on and off and fits easily over the ear. Previous models (I've had two) had some background noise issues for those talking to me, but this model seems to have taken care of that problem. I'm quite happy with it! Strengths: lightweight, easy to use,

This is a great product, i tried different brands and i came back to this Motorola, this is the best headset for the price. This is my third motorola i used, the previous two died approximately after 2 years
