The Ultimate Machine

Strengths: All Powerfull and has the best operating system this side of the Milky Way - OS X!

Weakness: NONE - If perfection is a weakness then it's weak

This is the most awesome machine I have ever owned. I purchased it with .5 gig of memory and purchased from 3rd party and installed another 6 gigs. This is absolutely the fastest, un-troublesome, most productive, and of course best looking machine ever. It's a breeze to work inside and expand - plenty of space to install memory and airport card without jaming your fingers on something vital.
With a windows based PC I had to re-format the hard-drive at least 3 times a year - then I had to re-install all my software because of viruses or other problems - this is a major loss of productivity and a major pain in several parts of my body.
With the Power Mac G5 2.7 I have never lost productivity, not ever. This is well worth it's price. And since I purchased this product I've cut down on Tylenol and profanity use.

Apple Power Mac Desktop Computer - 2.70 GHz

Strengths: Absolutely stunningly fast, Very upgradable, no chance of viruses, sturdy stylist design, comes with a dual layer dvd burner

Weakness: built in speaker a bit quiet

I have recently bought a g5 dual 2.7ghz powermac and it is absolutely awesome, ive never used anything so fast, and, as m in the design business, i use some of the fastest available p.c´s, but they dont stand up to the raw power of the g5 processors. The new system 10.4 is far easier to manage any task than using Windoze (zzzZZZ). Undoubtedly the only powerful desktop to buy.

Power Mac G5/dual-2.7GHz

Altogether, the changes to the Power Mac G5s are hardly startling, and they probably don’t justify a trade-up for most users who bought one of last year’s models. But for new buyers, the minor alterations add real value. See how the newest Power Mac G5s perform.
