Supposed to convert HD to VGA so it can be displayed on a VGA monitor.
It doesn't scale - It doesn't convert.
It does display an image, but the 16:9 HD original is "squished" into 4:3 to fit on the monitor.
Everything is so distorted, it is un-watchable.
I contacted tech support thinking it must be defective, but was told "that's the way it works".
Unuseable piece of garbage!
