The grate pads are weak. They break off after some use. The dimension build up may not allow the grate pins to penetrate the burner caps making them unstable and not align properly. The 1400 BTU burner is not hot enough needs a 1700 or higher. The burner locations could be better by placing the 1400 at the back and bring a lower burner forward in its place.
