Labtec Mini Wireless Optical MouseStrengths: not too small, very comfortable, Weakness: reseting is not the best one, It is great, I agree with the first review. It is small without compromising conmfort. and it is portable, the reciever fits well under the mouse, battery life is great for my nonstop usage. with reseting I had the same problem - needs to be pressed multiple times till you have response, 100% of readers found this review helpful. Labtec Mini Wireless Optical MouseStrengths: good quality Weakness: not so mini This mouse appears to be good quality and live up to the good reviews for the optical part and the wireless is great. It's nice that the usb receiver fits inside the mouse for storage. But, for a "mini" mouse this mouse is not much smaller than a normal sized mouse. I will be returning it. 33% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Labtec Mini Wireless Optical Mouse
Strengths: Excellent size and design. It's small enough to be portable, but big enough to fit in any hand. The compact antenna fits perfectly inside the mouse itself, lending to its portability. Perfect size.
Weakness: Difficult to reset signal, requiring several tries to get the mouse responding again. Short signal range.
I originally thought this mouse was defective when it stopped working on me for the 3rd time. It turns out after much fidgeting that the mouse requires several resets of both the antenna and the mouse itself to get the signal synchronized once again. Aside from this negative experience, I'd say this mouse is excellent.
The size is perfect. I don't understand why someone would want something smaller than this, unless you plan on carrying it in your shirt pocket. This mouse has all the features I was looking for, some of which I could not find in any other mouse: 800dpi resolution, making it just as accurate as some of the bigger name, higher priced "pad rats," like Logitech's MX700/MX500. Compact, but not so small that it feels awkward in my hand. And this is the only mouse I've found that actually stores the antenna inside of the mouse when not in use.
The only other drawback of the mouse is the short signal range, something that isn't an issue for me since I use this mouse on my laptop. The signal range is about 3", so as long as you're using it on your desk, it's not a problem.
