Sony WS-WV10D/S Wall Brackets

Strengths: 1. Good adjustability via a swivel mechanism 2. Good color match to Sony speakers (silver)

Weakness: 1. Made of 100% plastic 2. Screws for attaching brackets to the wall are not supplied (need to purchase four screws per bracket)

The brackets are easy to install. They attach to the wall with four wood screws (not included). You'd think that for $28/pair, Sony could throw in some screws. The brackets are made of plastic. I was expecting at least some metal for the price I paid. Since I am using small satelite speakers, this should not be a problem. I wouldn't recommend using these brackets with medium/large speakers. Adjusting the angle of the speakers is easy due to the swivel mechanism. They can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically.

Simple, easy speaker mounts

Strengths: Look good. Simple.

Weakness: plastic.

These speaker mounts work perfectly with with compatible speakers. It would be tougher to get them to work with other speakers. They allow easy positioning, and if you plan your wiring right, they can completely hide the wires from view.

Sony WS-WV10D/S Wall Brackets (Silver).

Strengths: They hold my sony speakers up very well.

Weakness: I know of none at this time.

The sony speakers did not come with screws to install the brackets, so you will have to purchase some at a hardward store. This is the only wall brackets(Sony WS-WV10D/S) that will go with this Sony Speakers that I know of.

Sony WS-WV10D/S Wall Brackets

Strengths: Feels good and sturdy when repositioning the speakers

Weakness: Yes , should have included the mounting screws with the speakers.

Overall was satisfied with this product. I used anchor mounting screws I use to hang pictures and stuff and they worked out well. I would recommend. A plus to have the color of the bracket match the Sony speakers I did like that. Other brackets I have seen are usually black.

Sony WS-WV10D/S Wall Brackets

Strengths: Stylish, Cheap, Functional

Weakness: All plastic (but looks just like metal), Doesn't include mounting screws or even specify type to buy (just says "wood screws")

I found these brackets for $24.44 before shipping, which seems like a steal to me, but then again, I didn't price brackets made by anyone else. The advantage of getting Sony brackets is that they perfectly match my 7.1 speaker set (SA-VE367T).

I was pretty disappointed they didn't come with the eight screws needed to mount them. This may seem retarded to some people, but I live in an apartment and the extent of my "tool box" is 3 screwdrivers, a hammer, and various unmatching nails and screws I've collected over the years.

I would have appreciated one of the 18 languages on the instruction sheet to tell me which screws to get, b/c I inevitably bought ones that were too small. It all turned out well though, b/c I mounted them directly into drywall so I figured it didn't matter what screws I got, they're gonna fall out anyway.

I would recommend this product to anyone with my speaker system. They look great, swivel great, and mount easily. If I had walls I could drop speaker cable behind, I would get 6 of them and mount all my speakers.

Strengths: Appearance.

Weakness: No hardware to mount brackets to the wall.

The color and the sleek design of the brackets and speaker combination make their appearence very appealing and attractive. Brackets made by any other manufacturer would not do any thing to add to the beauty of the Sony bracket and speaker combination.

Look very good with sony speakers. They swivel so you can adjust the speakers to your liking. Overall good quality for the money they cost. got them for 29.99.

Bang for the Buck

Strengths: Look great and easy to use. Keeps speakers looking professional installed and away from my kids.

Strengths: Works great with Sony SA-VE speakers. Can position speaker on ceiling as well.

Weakness: Comparably expensive with generic mounts.

These mounts match silver Sony SA-VE speakers perfectly. Very easy to install and hides wires nicely. Perfect for those who do not want to purchase too many stands and want to clear shelf or floor space.
