Strengths: compact, light weight, mobile and affordable

Weakness: small keyboard means you may become a two fingered typist if you have big hands. Celeron processor is a bit slow.

This machine is great for the things it is designed for. It is small, lightweight and great for an "on-the-go" person. Screen resolution of 1024X600 allows for a full page to load without having to scroll across the page to see it in its entirety. The Zoom in and out with a pinch method on the touchpad is a feature that is not seen on many full sized laptops and reminds me of the pinch feature on the ipod touch. Webcam is OK @1.3 megapixels and a big improvement over the previous model. Pictures are fine for internet chat. The 12Gb "hard drive is actually a combo of the original 4gb and an 8gb in card in the PCI slot and is a nice size for storage. It is also a big improvement over its predecessor. Although some may feel 12GB isn't enough size for an XP machine, an SD card reader allows for some extra space so I haven't run into storage issues so far. 3 usb ports are a plus if space were to become a factor you can run external drives or thumb drives in it.
