Avoid this productStrengths: works ok if I could attach it to my ear Weakness: earhook attachemet is poorly designed. Samsung customer service was most unhelpful After one week, the fragile earhook fell off and Samsung offers no replacement. Samsung's advice was to buy a new headset! After my experience with Samsung customer service, Samsung will be at the bottom of my list when I purchase consumer electronics in the future. 100% of readers found this review helpful. Samsung Genuine Bluetooth Headset WEP150Strengths: small soft adjustable ear strap Weakness: phantom ringing other person needing to ask "what did you say" a lot This is a decent headset. Samsung Genuine Bluetooth Headset WEP150Strengths: its wireless. Weakness: the volume is horrible. it is so hard to hear from the other line. the connection is static. I thought that i was getting a nice quality product for my boyfriend. apperently not. we were both displeased with this item and i would not buy one again unless i can try it out first. it is so hard to hear him talk to me when he uses it and there is no way to change it. i would not recommend this product to anybody. very unsatisfied. 0% of readers found this review helpful. Headset is decentStrengths: Good range, the connection is fair Weakness: The little plastic piece The little plastic piece is not fixed in the headet...I already lost one and could not buy another little plastic piece, so I had to buy a whole other headset. Does the job
Strengths: Hands free (obviously), fits comfortably over ear, light weight
Weakness: Manufacturer doesn't sell a replacement part for the piece that fits around ear (which can fall off).
This has helped me out tremendously considering I make and receive many calls on my phone for business reasons. I had a handsfree ear piece before purchasing this but it wasn't wireless so not as convenient. The ear piece fits well over my ear however, my business partner also has one and feels it doesn't fit as comfortably over his ear. This is my second purchase of the Samsung WEP150 because I lost the piece that fits over the ear (it can come off) and I called Samsung and they do not have a replacement part for that.
