Weakness: Lost in mail, never received. Did not meet deadline due to this incident
In my opinion, it is the seller's responsibility for expediting material to myself. Once I did not receive in a timely manner, in my opinion, the seller should have filed claim and proceed to contact me. I feel that I had to struggle to purchase a piece of equipment, painful to spend my money ?????
