Sharp Aquos

Strengths: Amazing tv!! THere is so many adjustments that can be done to fit your needs. I have it connected to my pc to watch to hd movies and play games.

Weakness: The 120hz doesn't seem to be there at all times. When i connected it to my computer the refresh rate available went up to 60hz so i don't think this is truthfully a 120hz tv and it's more like....

...120hz emulator. But works SO fine that it's no even a complain. This tv is big and nice looking. it doesn't have a glossy screen which makes it a nice tv for bight rooms.

Great LCD TV

Strengths: Great Picture and sound for this AQUOS.

Weakness: Only one old style game port for PS2 or XBOX 360 unless you can use HDMI port. XBOX you can, PS2 is a no go but you can order a HD adapter for it that has 5 connections to it.

Easy set up and picture quality out of the box. You have lots of adjustments if you like. I'm very happy with this TV. It is my second LCD TV and I think this Sharp is better than my year old LG 47LG50.

It's ok

Strengths: Fast out of box to viewing time

Weakness: Can't seem to keep color from channel to channel.

Hard to get correct colors. They change from channel to channel and commercials also. Don't think the Sharp commercials on tv are quite truthful on this product. Should have done more research!

Excellent

Strengths: I was debating to buy the TV. Someone told me that the picture on the Sharp Aquos is not that vivid. Let me tell you, that’s not true picture quality/colors are vivid sharp. Buy it with confidence.

Weakness: 4mns response time could be little lower. But i dont even think that this is the issue.

Fantastic picture, Good Sound ,Gorgeous design!

Strengths: 120hz Looks good, OPC works really great, very crisp picture

Weakness: I am using this LCD since one month and Can't see any weeknesses.

This is my first Sharp LCD and I am very much impressed with its new features, picture quality. I am using it over 30 days and can't see any problem or weekness.

Sharp LC40E77Un Flat screen TV

Strengths: It is a flat screen tv!

Weakness: volume is very very poor at best

Audio volume is very very poor at best, Volume on high and still cannot hear the sound well I would say the total volume is about 1/5th of what it should be..I would not recomend this tv to any one ! regardlees of price!

Excellent product, excellent price and service

Strengths: beautiful to look at (both on and off). Excellent price and service from 6ave.com

Weakness: speakers a little weak.

TV is beautiful to look at (both when on and off). I compared this with Samsung, LG, Vizio before I decided on this Sharp model, for its good spec's and reasonable price. Setup is very easy, a 10-year old and I set it up within 15 minutes.
I ordered it Sunday night and have the TV at my door late Wednesday afternoon. The product is double boxed and well-protected. There is a big dent on the box, I was worried that it might have damaged the screen but the double box provided the extra protection that made a difference. I suspect this is not 6ave's fault, rather it's UPS that somehow used some machine that plowed into the box. Advice: check the package for any obvious signs of damage before accepting the delivery.
Overall, 6ave.com provided an amazing service at an unbeatable price. I will do business with them again.
About the speaker, it's really not specific to this TV, all TVs have weak speakers. If you want to watch action movies on it, hook it up with an external speaker system, even a cheap one will improve the sound quality dramatically.

Strengths: Beautiful picture, Excellent sound, Good design easy to assemble

I purchased this TV on a Sunday afternoon as I was getting ready to watch football when my old set died. I Picked it up and had it assembled and running by half time during the game. I never owned a Sharp before and I am totaly impressed with all its features and Picture.
