A+

Strengths: almost no thickness to it (prob less than 1/2"); lockable for security; tv detaches from wall easily; universal to almost all lcds under 30", complete w/ tv screws; very strong build! most inexpencive

Weakness: doesnt pivot

even though this unit does not pivot; when a LCD lays perfectly flat against the wall, it makes for a cleaner look. also the pivoting units will make your tv stickout from the wall considerably...

Omnimount QM-100F LCD Mount

Strengths: Simple install, good price.

Weakness: The anchors suck. The plastic sleeve that goes into the wall went through the wall! Had to use proper anchors and everything was good.

Comes with hardware for all different types of mounts, so you don't have to make a trip to the hardware store and mess around with various screw sizes.

Simple & Sturdy, the OmniMount QM-100F LCD Mount

Strengths: - Includes mounting screws for multiple styles of screws; both for the wall and the monitor. It features 2 plates (1 for the wall, 1 for the monitor), so you can take the monitor off of the wall.

Weakness: It mounts to a single place on a wall; just like a picture frame, but without the ability to easily adjust the viewing angles.

This LCD wallmount is very simple, and sturdy;

If you are looking to mount an LCD in a place where it will not need to be physically adjusted (tilt, swivel, etc), then this may be what you're looking for...

The 2 heavy duty plates have holes at the bottom (that line up when together) so you can use the included screws to lock them together (so the monitor can't be removed from the wall without tools).

The 2 plates slide together; holding the monitor in the same position you mount the wall plate (gravity at work, unless you use the screws mentioned previously).

Overall, it doesn't have many features or much flexibility, so the less you pay the better. For $25 including shipping, I'm satisfied.
