I had to buy this to replace my garbage disposal unit that broke a few months ago. I wanted to make sure that I bought one that would replace my old unit without much difficulty. After doing some research, it looked like this model was the newer version of my previous disposal. It was relatively inexpensive, but I had to order it online and it took about a week to arrive (I picked it up in-store when it arrived there).
Installation wasn't too bad, but the unit did leak a little water initially after the install, but that seems to have stopped. It seems a little quieter than my previous unit and it is sufficient for my purposes (just routine/minor food disposal). Hopefully it lasts/works for a long time without problems.
