WRT320N CISCO Helpdesk TerribleStrengths: easy setup Weakness: failed within first 9mos, Customer Support weak! Buyers beware! CISCO Linksys helpdesk states it’s in the U.S., but you get transfer to Manila! The Helpdesk employees have no knowledge of IT troubleshooting or Customer Service skills. Linksys products are normally very good, but if you have to talk to the Helpdesk, you will be wishing you brought that extended warranty from the store! Forget about honoring their 1yr warranty. My Linksys router is 9mos old and I was told my WRT320N was out of warranty because it was an older model, but purchase new 9mos ago. I’m going look at Belkin and Netgear! Ex-Linksys customer. Great Cisco router
Strengths: It has a good range in a basement environment with steel and cement to interfere with no issues.
Weakness: none
It is a great router. It has worked flawlessly since install. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Right out of the box it was attractive and provided an appearance that blended well on my desk. I use this in my place of business and with the security features it is shared with 3 other users who love it.
