Weakness: A little difficult to get on & positioned right.
Very good product. You just have to learn how to get it on & positioned. It's not something you can easily do on the fly (say when someone is calling). We tend to put it on before we start driving (especially if we know we'll be using it) so we can just answer when a call comes in.
