Strengths: Plays burnt CD's very well, doesn't skip much and for under $100 dollars is a nice working and looking cd receiver. Sounds clear with nice bass and options.
Weakness: None. JVC makes great cd players would definetly buy again!
A great buy if you're wondering if you should go with a cheap no name or a low option name brand. I am very satisfied with the level of options. Plus the remote is very nice.
